If you have a house cleaning business you must decide whether you will be using its own customers using the vacuum or vacuum cleaner. Usually, you must provide their own equipment to provide the service, but some clients may require you to use them. You need to weigh the pro's and con's of buying their own vacuums compared with the dust from your customers.
Here are some things that must be considered:
The training will be easier if you provide your own vacuum cleaners because of your employees just need to learn how to use a vacuum that is different than all other brands vacuums customers that you have. You will be more likely to buy a higher quality of dust so that your customers will have to stand up to wear and tear better than vacuum customers. Plus a higher quality vacuum cleaner will do better so that productivity will be increased. What happens if your customer breaks down while on the vacuum work? Labor costs will increase because of the problem. And if the vacancy can not be fixed that may not get the job done. What happens if your customers run from the bag, belt or other accessories / supplies? On the flipside, you may want to use a vacuum cleaner to customers sanitary reasons. If you use your own vacuum can transport pet hair, bacteria and other land from one house to the next. As a cleaning business owner, to give some thoughts about what the policy that you will use the customer vacuum cleaners.
